An effective training program must focus on improving the body’s internal communication, or, in other terms, proprioceptive enhancement. A dynamic joint mobility practice improves the functioning of the proprioceptive system by reminding the body of the location of all of its parts and allows it to feel comfortable moving those parts through their entire range of motion.

One on One Coaching
One on one coaching is our most comprehensive health and performance program tailored to the goals and needs of the athlete. This is the most effective and efficient way to experience your full health and power. The program focuses on the 9S Model of Health and Performance.

This is an athlete centered program. At any given moment one or more of the S's is not being optimized and therefore hampering performance or progress.
The 9 S's are:
- Speed - Of reaction and decision making
- Strength - To endure and overcome
- Suppleness - Mobility and flexibility
- Stamina - Endurance / work capacity
- Spirit - Desire and motivation to achieve
- Skill - Of manipulating movement / center of gravity
- Structure - Body mapping, tissue release, and scar work
- Style - Personality
- Sustenance - Nutrition for performance and rehabilitation

Sports Vision Coaching
The best athletes on the field or the court is said to have "great vision"; indeed vision is much more that 20/20 eyesight. Visual skill is the ability to take external cues from the environment, processes those cues, and makes effective decisions to produce a goal orientated action. Vision is a skill. You have no vision at birth. Since it is a skill, it is trainable. Do not allow this extremely powerful and often overlooked program to pass you by. Vision skills include:
- Focus Flexibility - the ability to focus on different points in space, for instance from near too far, quickly.
- Peripheral Awareness - pick out teammates and defenders around the court
- Dynamic visual acuity - the ability to keep your eye on the ball, no matter how fast it is moving
- Depth Perception - maintain special awareness and the distance between yourself and other objects in the environment or on the field.
- Hand-Eye / Hand-Foot Coordination - the ability to interpret visual and put yourself in a position of advantage, crucial in a multitude of events.
The Sports Vision Program is delivered on the field or court, or in our custom vision lab. Vision training is not just for competitive athletes. Deteriorating visual skills are one of the leading causes of movement and health problems in aging populations creating such problems as:

The Essential Strength Corporate Project
An overwhelming majority of the athletes that we train are what we call "desk athletes". They spend the majority of their day in the office, in the car, in the warehouse, on sales calls, and in front of computers. Their careers ask them to sustain positions for long periods of time and put repetitive strain on certain movements and postures. Office environments place an entire set of stressors on athletes humans have not exactly evolved to encounter.
The Corporate Project offers movement skill training in the positions that employees spend the most time in. The training includes:
